Ice bath
Essentially, ice baths are divided into three parts: cooling method, filtration system, and tub.
1 Cooling method: This is the system that will cool and keep the water cold. There are several factors that will determine its characteristics and power: the size and material of the tub you choose, the external environmental conditions, the volume of use and users you have, etc.
2 Filtration system: This point is critical in any ice bath solution. It is essential to have a system that filters the water and keeps it clean for a long time, otherwise you will have to change the water every few days.
3 Tub: They come in many shapes, sizes, and materials: fixed, portable, vertical, horizontal, oval, round, etc. Usually, the color of its surface can be customized, even a customized logo or image can be placed. They can include a multitude of accessories: headrests, stairs, mobile/tablet holder, interior seat, etc.

Sauna
We can choose the type of sauna through several filters. There are many options, some at very affordable prices.
The first filter would be the type of sauna. Basically, there are three types of sauna:

Jacuzzi
Hot tubs, or better known as spas or jacuzzis, come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, materials, finishes and equipment. They can also be placed indoors or outdoors depending on the design and space available.

The number of people is also key when choosing a jacuzzi. The most requested capacity is between 2 and 6 people for private use. Hotels can adapt larger jacuzzis, for example, for 8 or more people.

Depending on where it will be placed, certain characteristics will be required, for example, if it will be located indoors, the area must be properly ventilated so as not to retain moisture and the furniture must be water-resistant. When the location is outdoors, you must verify that the ground is level.

The finishes you choose should preferably be non-slip to avoid any type of accident.
For a jacuzzi to work properly it must have: a filtration system, a heating system, a pump (so that the water has pressure and the jets can work correctly), a blower (in charge of generating the bubbles).
